Company mission in the field of Design Optimization, Trieste

EEN promotes a company mission which aim is to give foreign companies and research centres the possibility to participate in ESTECO modeFrontier User Meeting, a two days conference (27-28 May) organized by the company every two years in Italy, in order to present the use of a multidisciplinary & multi-objective design optimization tool in a variety of industries.

The added value of the event is to discover new technologies explained from first hand experiences of R&D managers of leading multinational companies, such as Jaguar Land Rover, FIAT and Honda for automotive, Bombardier for trains, IAI-DLR-EADS for aerospace, and many more.

Topics on the UM agenda include:
- rationalization of the designing process;
- product optimization in terms of technical requirements and also of process, product and marketing metrics;
- applicability and reliability of decision-support IT tools in a context of diverse goals, experience and approach, whether professional or managerial;
- parallel engineering and design organization in industrial networks, with suppliers increasingly involved in the process.

BROKERAGE EVENT: Oil industry, renewable energy resources and environmental protection

In order to support innovative entrepreneurship, the members of the Enterprise Europe Network invite you to participate in the Brokerage Event from 27 - 28 May 2010, during the EXPO Fair (18th International Construction Fair, 11th Craft Fair and 3rd Education Fair EXPERT 2010) in Osijek.

All participants can take part in the Brokerage Event in order to establish links with interested companies from abroad and promote their activities at EXPO. The participation is free of charge as it is sponsored by the Enterprise Europe Network - EEN.

Last innovation management workshop for now in Split

After a set of five successful Innovation management workshops which were attended by 43 enterprises from Split, last workshop in this row will be held on 11. February 2010 (Tuesday) at 12 hours at the premises of the Technology Center Split.

Through a set of lectures attendees will obtain insight in the innovation process with practical solutions that can help them to overcome obstacles if they arise. Particular emphasis will be on services provided without compensation by the Enterprise Europe Network in the area of innovation and technology transfer.

European Competition, Architecture and Design, Realisations in Eco and Agro-Materials

Organized by Picardy Region and the Free State of Thuringia, regions producing and processing renewable resources, this first competition of ideas is granted with financial prizes and prototyping fees for a total value of 80.000 eur.

This competition invites to discover and use eco- materials, materials in their conception, production, setup, use and end of life contribute to limit their impact on our environment and agro-materials made in part or all of material coming from agriculture (vegetal or animal).

To enter, you have to present original and realistic ideas using those materials in the field of architecture and design. Two categories: Professionals and Students. Numerous Material files are downloadable for free and regularly added, as well as specific information for registered people, calendar of interesting activities, etc.

Brokerage event "Tourism@GAST" in March 2010

Croatian Chamber of Economy, County Chamber Split in partnership with the Technology Transfer Office are organising a brokerage event: "Tourism@GAST" on the 5th of March 2010 during the international GAST fair in Split, Croatia (3rd - 7th of March 2010).
This will be a unique chance for meeting Croatian and international companies providing diverse services in tourism and gastronomy sector.
This brokerage event is free of charge for participants, and you will also get a free visitor's ticket for the main fair.

EEN brokerage event in Germany

The brokerage event is taking place at the fair LEARNTEC 2010 in Germany: LEARNTEC is the leading international trade fair and convention for vocational education, learning and IT. Where more than 200 organisations will showcase their solutions for professional training, e-learning and knowledge management.

The event addresses companies, researchers and multipliers in the fields of IT and Learning such as:

BROKERAGE EVENT- international meetings for innovative ICT

Business Innovation Centre of Croatia - BICRO Ltd. and Varazdin Technology Park Ltd. organized an international Brokerage event for ICT sector development institutions. Event was organized within the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) with the intention of enabling domestic technologically innovative companies and academic community to enter the international market and establish partnerships with similar institutions.

The event took place on 23rd and 24th of November 2009 in the spaces of Varazdin Technology Park Ltd. and has gathered institutions and experts from three different areas:

* e-Business process models and electronic modules,
* Internet of Things - IoT and
* Rapid Prototyping, 3D printing.

Around 90 participants attended the event, 53 companies from 7 different countries were represented. 10 pre-arranged B2B meetings and 26 in total were held.

BROKERAGE EVENT - international meetings for innovative ICT

The Brokerage event will provide a stage for discussion and cooperation among the ICT companies and institutions from the South-East-Europe region and from other European countries. Event will be held in conference hall of Varazdin Technology Park on 24 November 2009.
Companies will have opportunity to meet with potential European partners in the pre-arranged meetings.
